Strive CEO Matt Cole predicts Bitcoin (CRYPTO: BTC) could reach $500,000 by 2030 as mounting U.S. debt, treasury bond market intervention and a weakening dollar create conditions for a historic bull market.

Will Weak Dollar Fuel BTC’s Biggest Bull Run?

In a recent interview with the “What Bitcoin Did” podcast, Cole predicted that the U.S. dollar could experience its largest decline of the Bitcoin era over the next three to seven years.

Cole argued that rising Treasury yields and mounting government debt could force policymakers to expand bond buybacks, potentially weakening the dollar.

“They’re going to try to effectively reduce the debt load by making the currency less valuable,” he said.

Cole expects intervention within 18 months, potentially fueling a stronger Bitcoin rally than the 2024–2025 cycle, supported by President Donald Trump’s preference for a weaker dollar.

However, he warned that rising yields could initially strengthen the dollar and pressure Bitcoin before policymaker’s act.

Bitcoin Could Reach $500,000 By 2030

Cole maintained Strive’s long-term projection of around 50% compound annual growth in Bitcoin through 2030, potentially pushing prices toward $500,000.

He expects the next bull market to outperform the previous cycle, which he described as disappointing because Bitcoin failed to establish new highs against gold.
