Digital Asset Investor has outlined several developments he believes could shape XRP and the wider crypto market, with particular focus on the Clarity Act, regulatory action, institutional adoption, and recent XRP whale activity.

In a YouTube video titled “XRP Whales Activated & SEC Clarity Act Power Move,” he presented the latest prediction market data while examining developments involving the SEC and the upcoming legislative process.

Clarity Act Odds and SEC Developments

Digital Asset Investor pointed to prediction markets that are tracking the progress of the Clarity Act. He highlighted data showing a 45% probability for the “Yes” outcome on whether the legislation will become law. He also noted that prediction markets are tracking potential Senate voting dates and the number of senators expected to support the legislation.

He then discussed the SEC’s cancellation of a planned crypto-related meeting. Citing comments from investment advisor Nate Geraci, Digital Asset Investor suggested that the cancellation could indicate that lawmakers are facing pressure to advance legislation rather than allow regulators to establish crypto rules independently.

He described the development as a potential SEC move that could encourage progress on the Clarity Act. He also highlighted comments stating that the SEC and CFTC remain engaged with the digital asset industry but face pressure from Washington to wait for legislative developments.
