- PCPP has grown to $23.9 million in assets since its June 2026 launch, fueled largely by bitcoin.
- Bitcoin returned 30.2% since launch, adding more to performance than any other single holding.
- Insurance stocks led every sector in the fund, returning 10.5% since inception.
Tuttle Capital Management’s fund has pulled in $21.34 million in net inflows since its June 5, 2026 debut. Of that total, $5.14 million arrived in the past month alone. PCPP has returned 4.5% in the past month and 10.3% across three months, ETFDB data show.
PCPP is a modern spin on Harry Browne’s 1980s “permanent portfolio.” The strategy is built to hold up in any economic environment by splitting assets evenly across four buckets.
Browne’s original version relied on long-term government bonds and gold. PCPP swaps in property and casualty insurance stocks and bitcoin exposure alongside capital-efficient equities and short-term bonds, according to a Tuttle Capital Management launch announcement.
“Harry Browne built the original permanent portfolio in the 1980s based on a simple idea: an investor shouldn’t have to predict the next economic or market cycle in order to survive it,” said Matthew Tuttle, Tuttle Capital Management chief executive.
