Bitwise crypto ETPs attract $100M in daily inflows, Solana leads

Bitwise’s U.S. exchange-traded products (ETPs) recorded approximately $100 million in net inflows on Aug. 27, signaling continued investor appetite for crypto exposure despite recent market fluctuations. CEO Hunter Horsley shared the figures on social media, noting that Solana (SOL) led the day’s inflows with roughly $40 million, followed by Bitcoin (BTC) at about $22 million.

Breakdown of daily inflows

According to Horsley, the remaining inflows were distributed across several assets: HYPE attracted about $20 million, XRP saw $12 million, and Ethereum (ETH) contributed $1.4 million. The data underscores a diversified interest among investors, with Solana emerging as the clear favorite on that day.

Record trading volume for Solana staking ETF

Bitwise President Teddy Fusaro added that trading volume in the firm’s Solana staking ETF (ticker: BSOL) surpassed $126 million on Aug. 27, setting a new single-day record. This topped the previous high set just two days earlier on Aug. 25, and marked the highest daily trading volume among all Solana ETFs listed in the U.S.

The surge in BSOL activity aligns with a broader trend of growing institutional interest in Solana-based investment vehicles. Since the launch of several spot Solana ETFs earlier this year, these products have consistently drawn significant trading volumes, reflecting both retail and institutional participation.
