Now, researchers have shown that an AI agent can learn to diagnose and correct some of these failures on its own. In a test involving a neutral-atom quantum-computing system operated by Massachusetts-based QuEra Computing, Anthropic’s Claude restored a laser’s lock in 695 of 700 trials, usually in less than six seconds.
