France đang triển khai các yêu cầu liên quan trong European Union thông qua DAC8, vốn dựa trên tiêu chuẩn của OECD. DAC8 bắt đầu áp dụng vào ngày 1 January 2026, yêu cầu các nhà cung cấp thu thập thông tin về các giao dịch phải báo cáo liên quan đến cư dân EU.
