Flare Capital Partners led the round, with participation from existing investors Craft Ventures and Obvious Ventures and new investors Eniac Ventures, InHealth Ventures, Epsilon Health Investors and ARTIS.
“Provider organizations do not need another system of record. They need the work done,” said Vic Lanio, partner at Flare Capital Partners, in a statement. “GenHealth is not just agentified SaaS. They have AI agents working alongside humans, in the providers’ systems, completing the work. That’s why we led this round.”
Founded in 2023, GenHealth.ai’s agents complete revenue cycle workflows end-to-end across electronic health records (EHRs), payer portals and other systems and can handle intake, eligibility, prior authorizations, billing and denials.
“The problem with automating healthcare administration isn’t just the AI—it’s that the AI is disconnected from the workflows and systems providers already use, like EHRs, payer portals, fax and bank accounts,” said Ricky Sahu, GenHealth.ai CEO, in a statement. “At GenHealth, we've built these connections directly and created the infrastructure for AI agents to execute complex workflows reliably, with additional context from our own model trained on data from 140 million patients. The result is patients getting care faster and providers getting paid over 30% more. That outcome is virtually unheard of in RCM.”
