Under the terms of the agreement, IonQ will supply its Clavis QKD pairs and Solteris Network Appliances to secure Congruity360’s data governance platform across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. The combined deployment establishes physics-based symmetric key generation and zero-trust key management to secure petabyte-scale unstructured data streams in transit, protecting sensitive enterprise records against long-term “harvest now, decrypt later” decryption threats.
The commercial rollout aligns with accelerating federal regulatory mandates, including the Executive Order pulling U.S. federal agency and contractor post-quantum compliance deadlines forward to 2030. Targeting high-compliance verticals—including financial services, healthcare, defense, and legal infrastructure—the deployment expands IonQ’s commercial quantum networking footprint alongside its regional network projects with Florida LambdaRail, Cisco in Switzerland, and national infrastructure across Europe.
