Digital finance platform specialist IT Eyes is joining forces with GG56 Group, which is pursuing a global digital finance business, to drive a transformation in financial services by connecting more than 500 virtual asset exchanges worldwide. IT Eyes said on the 1st that it had signed a strategic IT memorandum of agreement with GG56 and was pursuing a strategic equity investment, positioning itself to become a key partner in building the global financial platform GxB.

More than a contract: A strategic alliance for joint growth

The defining feature of the partnership is that the two companies are moving beyond the conventional client-and-IT-vendor relationship. Through its planned acquisition of a stake in GG56, IT Eyes aims to become a strategic stakeholder with a direct role in expanding the offshore bank platform business.

The companies agreed to establish a long-term cooperation framework covering all IT operations for GG56's holding company and existing affiliates, as well as banks and financial affiliates that may be newly established or brought into the group. IT Eyes will oversee the full range of financial IT services, from groupwide IT strategy consulting to systems integration, data and artificial intelligence, and information security. As the digital banking, global remittance and real-world asset (RWA) businesses grow, IT Eyes will share in the benefits of higher corporate value while expanding its IT business.
