Robinhood said on Sept. 8 that it began routing a selection of football event contracts to OG.com, using Crypto.com’s U.S. derivatives exchange and clearinghouse. The agreement adds another execution venue to Robinhood’s prediction-markets business as the professional football season begins.

Under the partnership announcement, Robinhood Markets will also receive equity stakes in Crypto.com and OG.com after OG.com is spun off as an independent trading platform. Robinhood said the equity will be priced in line with Citadel Securities’ recent investment in Crypto.com Group at a $20 billion valuation.

Football contracts begin routing to OG.com

OG.com is the trader-focused brand connected to Crypto.com Derivatives North America, which Robinhood described as a Commodity Futures Trading Commission-regulated exchange and clearinghouse. Selected football contracts started routing there on Sept. 8.

The arrangement does not make OG.com Robinhood’s sole venue. Event contracts will continue to be routed to Kalshi, ForecastEx and Rothera. Robinhood said college and professional football contracts may go to OG.com, Kalshi or Rothera depending on factors including which contracts each exchange offers.
