TRUMP, ZEC And POL Leave Bitcoin And Ethereum In The Dust – Is An Altseason On The Way?

Retail traders on Stocktwits turned to the ‘extremely bullish’ zone for TRUMP and ZEC, while sentiment around Polygon continued to be in the 'bullish' zone.

• Official Trump surged nearly 94% over the week, briefly reaching a 100% gain before descending back to around $2.55.
• Polygon's token jumped nearly 50%, breaking above its prior resistance of $0.09, as the token was trading above its 9-day SMA.
• Grayscale's proposed Z Cash ETF also pushed Z Cash's price upwards. 

Official Trump (TRUMP) was the clear outperformer, peaking at nearly 100% before giving back much of those gains and settling in around 55% higher on Saturday. 

Along with the TRUMP token, Zcash (ZEC) gained around 30%, briefly reaching around 35%, whereas Pol (POL) also gained around 30%, reaching a similar high. All these tokens outperformed Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH) in terms of daily gain.

TRUMP Leads The Rally

TRUMP’s price jumped from about $1.75 to a high of around $3.40, a gain of almost 94% in the past week. While the token has plunged back and was trading at about $2.55, the move saw a quick break above $2.50, a subsequent spike above $3, and a lot of profit taking, leaving the token well below its peak.

TRUMP was the top trending ticker on Stocktwits. Retail sentiment around TRUMP improved to an ‘extremely bullish’ zone from the ‘bullish’ zone, while chatter rose to ‘high’ from ‘normal’ levels over the past day.
