Ansem Says More Than 10 New Crypto Protocols Will Reach $1 Billion in Next 12 to 18 Months

Crypto influencer Ansem said more than 10 new cryptocurrency protocols will grow from zero to valuations exceeding $1 billion over the next 12 to 18 months.

Writing on X on Sept. 4, Ansem said more than 10 crypto protocols would emerge over that period and scale from scratch to more than $1 billion.

He identified the on-chain migration of real-world assets, or RWA, as a key driver of that growth. Interest from talented developers in the crypto industry's immediate economic reward structure is also likely to help fuel it.

He also said continued improvements in artificial intelligence models would make it easier to develop and launch new protocols.

Meanwhile, a meme coin named ANSEM after the influencer is also trading in the crypto market.
