Valour Digital Securities has exercised its right of Compulsory Redemption under Condition 10.1(a) for the 1Valour STOXX Bitcoin Suisse Digital Asset Blue Chip ETP (ISIN GB00BPDX1969), issued under the Base Prospectus dated 13 May 2024.

According to the company, holders will by default receive cash settlement under Condition 10.8 unless, by 1 September 2026, they submit a valid Redemption Notice requesting physical delivery and complete an Acceptable Delivery under Condition 10.7. The last trading day is 11 September 2026, the Compulsory Redemption Date is 15 September 2026, and settlement for both cash and physical delivery is scheduled for 16 September 2026, in line with the Conditions.
