Circle expands global payments infrastructure with agreement to acquire Singapore-based cross-border payments platform Tasa Pay. Yes, that is a massive mouthful, but this is a meaningful development for Circle in the race for stable coins supremacy. So they've agreed to purchase this company for about, what was the number? Valued at about $400 million dollars, although it has not been officially disclosed. So Tasa Pay processes more than $25 billion dollars in annualized payment volume, but most importantly, approximately 60% of that volume
