🔍 Key Insights

  • 📊 Market Overview

    • The preliminary U.S. September PMI came in at 58.4, marking the fastest expansion since 2021, while the Input Prices Index reached its highest level since October 2022. This sharply increased market expectations for further Fed tightening, with CME data showing the probability of a 25-bp rate hike in October rising to 69.7%. Higher rates directly pressure valuations and non-yielding assets. All three major U.S. equity indices closed lower, with the Nasdaq ending its two-day streak of record-high closes. Gold and silver also fell sharply, with silver down more than 3% and gold falling below $4,300. Bitcoin retreated from $87,000, its highest level since January, briefly breaking below $84,000 before finding strong-volume support around $83,600–$83,800 and rebounding toward $84,400, although momentum remained weak. BTC has since slipped back to around $84,100. The short-term structure has shifted from high-level consolidation to a weak recovery following a sharp pullback, with $83,600–$83,800 remaining the key support zone to watch.

    • The integration of traditional finance and crypto infrastructure is advancing from “asset tokenization” toward “license acquisitions + real-world trading applications.” MoonPay plans to acquire private-market platform North Capital in an all-stock transaction valued at more than $60 million. North Capital holds SEC-related licenses, including broker-dealer and ATS licenses, and has supported more than $8.7–9.0 billion in transaction volume. Upon completion, MoonPay would gain additional regulatory capabilities for the issuance, custody, and secondary trading of private securities, including tokenized securities. This marks another infrastructure acquisition by MoonPay this year following DFlow, Sodot, and Entendre.

    • Meanwhile, the NYSE and Blockchain. com have signed an MOU to explore offering tokenized U.S. stocks and ETFs to Blockchain. com's more than 44 million verified users worldwide through the NYSE's digital ATS platform. The proposed offering would support fractional ownership, on-chain settlement, and market-data interoperability, subject to regulatory approval. If implemented, the partnership would further connect the compliance infrastructure of traditional exchanges with the retail user base of crypto platforms, accelerating the evolution of tokenized equities from standalone asset issuance toward an integrated model covering issuance, trading, and settlement. Citi Institute forecasts that the tokenized-asset market could reach $5.5 trillion by the 2030s under its base-case scenario. Traditional exchanges, financial institutions, and crypto companies are therefore increasingly competing across regulatory licenses, asset supply, trading access, and on-chain liquidity.

  • 🔥 Alpha Project Performance

    • ALEO: Significant price and volume anomaly, with the token rising from $0.017 to $0.035. Daily trading volume increased nearly 10x, while the token gained more than 112% intraday.

    • RAY: Solana launched the public testnet of its Alpenglow upgrade, targeting transaction finality of 150 milliseconds. As a leading DEX in the Solana ecosystem, Raydium stated that xStocks accumulated $1.3 billion in trading volume on the platform within 23 days, helping drive RAY nearly 10% higher intraday.

    • ZEC: Market capitalization continued to reach new highs. During the same period, 21Shares launched Europe's first Zcash ETP alongside an ETHFI ETP. ZEC briefly broke above $1,650 before retreating, ending the day down 6%.

    • LIT: Lighter launched an on-chain long-position tool and conducted a $3.26 million share buyback, helping drive LIT more than 5% higher intraday.
