美国储备现代化法案(ARMA Act)提议建立美国战略比特币储备,投资者正在关注该立法是否能为比特币需求提供长期增长,并确立加密货币作为政府持有资产的角色。

Merkle Capital 投资主管兼基金经理 Thanalop Preedamanoch 表示,从历史上看,比特币的主要上涨一直由新的需求来源驱动。散户投资者在 2021 年牛市中发挥了关键作用,而在 2024 年现货比特币交易所交易基金推出后,机构需求有所加速。

Thanalop 先生表示,ARMA 并不要求政府立即购买额外的比特币,因此其对短期需求的直接影响可能有限。

“对于比特币投资者来说,潜在影响是长期性的。如果储备在法律上得以确立,市场可能会更加看重美国保留其比特币持有量的前景,同时建立未来积累的机制。这不一定会在短期内引发价格上涨,”他说。
