The altcoin rally appears to reflect improving investor sentiment as the SEC has recently stepped up efforts to overhaul digital-asset regulation.
The SEC on September 17 announced an "innovation exemption" plan to temporarily allow tokenized stock trading for the next five years. The move has raised expectations that if tokenized stock trading expands, use of the related blockchain infrastructure that supports it will increase as well.
