Bitcoin flashes first bullish 13/34-week EMA crossover in 3.5 years
Bitcoin’s BTCUSD 13-week exponential moving average has crossed above its 34-week average for the first time in three and a half years, according to a weekly chart shared by Raymond James' David Cox.

Bitcoin’s BTCUSD 13-week exponential moving average has crossed above its 34-week average for the first time in three and a half years, according to a weekly chart shared by Raymond James' David Cox.
The chart marked the crossover as bullish and also identified a previous bearish crossover between the two moving averages.
The MACD histogram, calculated using the 12-, 26-, and 9-period settings shown on the chart, had a latest reading of 2,349.
The panel also marked a three-week rise in the histogram and a separate seven-week upward run.
Bitcoin was down 1.06% at $82,810.33 at the time of writing.
Bitcoin moved from $78,193.1 to $83,398.3 over the last 30-day period, a gain of 6.7 percent.
