Why this matters

A congressional vote on the Clarity Act could shape the U.S. regulatory framework governing crypto markets, including safeguards related to illicit finance. The simultaneous Federal Reserve decision adds a macroeconomic catalyst for digital assets and publicly traded crypto companies, signaling continued sensitivity to both policy and monetary conditions.
