Robinhood has introduced crypto trading in its main UK app through Bitstamp, adding digital assets to the products available to its UK customers. The launch places crypto alongside stocks, ISAs, options and futures in Robinhood’s UK offering.

ISAs, or Individual Savings Accounts, are UK tax-advantaged savings and investment accounts. With the addition of crypto trading, Robinhood’s UK app now covers a broader range of asset categories and trading products within its local service.

Bitstamp is a cryptocurrency exchange, while Robinhood is a financial services platform offering investing and trading products. The arrangement extends Robinhood’s crypto availability in the UK through Bitstamp as the company continues to build out its wider crypto ecosystem.

The move reflects continued competition among consumer trading platforms to offer access to both traditional financial products and digital assets. Robinhood’s UK expansion now includes crypto as part of its main app experience rather than limiting its local lineup to stocks, ISAs, options and futures.
