Prominent Trader Predicts Bitcoin to Surpass Previous High in 2027

Huo Xing Finance reports that on October 5, renowned trader Killa posted a prediction that BTC will surpass its all-time high between April 26 and August 2, 2027. In an accompanying chart comparing historical cycles, Killa noted that the bottom dates of 2022 and 2026 have shortened, suggesting the cycle rhythm is accelerating due to earlier bottoms, leading to an estimate that Bitcoin could reach a new high as early as May–July 2027. Killa, a quantitative trader focused on BTC, previously predicted the peak of this bull market in May 2025 and has over 200,000 followers on X. In mid-April, he shorted Bitcoin at $74,688 and switched to a long position during the broader market decline on June 5.
