The standard loan-to-value ratio ranges from 65% to 70%. The platform also uses a dynamic LTV system. Repayment history, on-chain activity, and the condition of collateral are used to update a borrower’s risk profile. Returning users with a positive repayment record may receive better loan terms.
BTCLOAN says its infrastructure includes verifiable custody, proof-of-reserves, and automated identity verification. The platform also sends margin notifications through WhatsApp.
Loans can be issued in USD or USDT. Users can provide $BTC, ETH, XRP, and SOL as collateral, along with several other digital assets. The platform works with partners including Tether, Galaxy, Cantor, Arch Lending, Lendary Asia, Ant alpha and Equities First.
