By leveraging bankable International Securities Identification Numbers (ISINs), the partnership lowers the minimum investment threshold for qualified and professional investors down to USD $25,000.

Democratizing Deep-Tech Venture Capital Access

Venture investments in early-stage deep-tech companies have historically been restricted to large institutional investors—such as pension funds and insurance companies—due to high minimum capital commitments.
