Shares of Strive Enterprises Inc (NASDAQ:ASST) are trading higher Thursday morning, gaining momentum alongside broader crypto markets.

Bitcoin Rally And Macro Tailwinds Spark Gains

The stock is drawing strength from Bitcoin (CRYPTO: BTC) pushing past $71,000, which directly expands the net asset value of Strive’s crypto balance sheet.

Strive is a structured finance company focused on capital allocation and long term value creation that has strategically adopted Bitcoin as its hurdle rate for capital deployment.

Sentiment across the sector continues to be supported by the aftermath of Wednesday’s high-profile White House crypto summit hosted by President Donald Trump, where top administration officials and industry executives discussed federal stablecoin frameworks and national strategic reserve policies.

Form 8-K Confirms Treasury Reaches 20,246 BTC

Adding to top-line momentum, Strive disclosed in a Monday Form 8-K filing with the SEC that it expanded its Bitcoin holdings between Aug. 10 and Aug. 14, acquiring 79 BTC at an average price of $63,231 per token.

This latest purchase brought the company’s total corporate holdings to 20,246 BTC, valued at over $1.43 billion at current market prices, up from 20,167 BTC held as of Aug. 7.
